3 1/2" Shad Floating

The 3 1/2" Shad has a thicker tail than the 3 1/2" Shad Action Tail Shad. This thicker tail requires a little more drag in the water to get the tail flapping then the Action Tail Shad (when the Swimbait sinking blend is employed). We utilize this profile when:

• Using a somewhat slower / finesse retrieve.
• In rivers when running the bait with the current.
• In lakes and ponds where we want to keep the bait as high as possible in the water column.

We generally utilize the following blends:

• Swimbait Floating. This is our standard swimbait blend.
• Worm Floating. This blend is more flexible / softer than our Swimbait blend. We utilize this when we wish to achieve a super finesse type (slow) presentation.
